By default, all blog posts are attributed to the primary Durable account owner. This ensures there’s always a name and face attached to your content, but you can update the author name on individual posts when needed.

Changing the author can help showcase contributions from your team, make your business feel more established, or better match the tone and expertise of a specific article.

  1. Click Website in the left-hand menu.

  2. From the top menu, click Blog.

  3. Locate the post you want to update and click the More options menu (three vertical dots).

  4. Select Edit. The blog post will open in the editor.

  5. From the blog editor page, select Edit in the upper right corner.

  6. Click the author name. A modal will appear where you can customize the author details.

  7. Upload an image (up to 32MB), or let AI select one for you.

  8. Adjust the image positioning horizontally and vertically to fit.

  9. Enter the name you want displayed as the author.

  10. Click Save or Discard to continue. Then select Done in the upper right corner to save the changes and return to the post. That’s it, you’re done!
