Duranta's AI model, AIdan, calculates the square footage, perimeter and the number of objects of Lawns, Trees, Bushes / Shrubs, Beds, Ground, Buildings, Fences, Surfaces, Muni sidewalks, Parking lots, Water and Driveways. In the mobile app, you can see these measurements on the map and use them in your estimates.
Open the AI map
Open a property and tap View measurements.
The Areas panel lists each category with its area, and the map shows the categories in color. Use the two switches at the top of the panel to show or hide the tree layer and the AI map.
See the details of a category
Tap a category in the list, or tap an area on the map. The panel shows its number of Segments, its Area and its Perimeter. Tap Clear to go back to the list.
To pick several areas on the map, tap Select areas at the bottom of the list.
Create a service from the AI map
Select a category or an area, then tap Create service. Duranta opens your estimate with a new service, and the area you selected is already filled in as its service area. Enter a service name or pick one from your favorites.
đĄ If you adjust the property, Duranta runs the AI analysis again for the new outline.
