You can claim mileage and subsistence quickly and easily using Dutysheet.
You'll claim these after you book off a duty or while updating a duty. Either way, the process is the same.
In order to claim subsistence, mileage or additional duty expenses, your organisation will need to have these options enabled.
Claim subsistence payment
While updating or booking off the duty you want to claim for, next to Would you like to claim subsistence payment for this duty?:
Select Yes to claim your subsistence payment.
Select No if you don't want to claim subsistence payment for the duty.
Claiming mileage
While updating or booking off the duty you want to claim mileage for:
Enter your mileage in a numeric value next to Enter your mileage for this duty.
Enter a description for your mileage.
To add a passenger, click Add Passenger.
If enabled, use the mileage rate dropdown to select your mileage rate.
Additional duty expenses
While updating or booking off the duty you want to claim other expenses for:
Select the expense type.
Enter the description.
Enter the amount.
Click Add.
