If you are encountering a blank white screen when trying to update your payment information, please be sure to update your payment card details from your Tenant Dashboard through your Duuo profile instead of using the link within the non-payment email you may have received, as this should resolve the issue. If this does not work, you should clear your browser history and cache, and retry in a new browser.

If the issue persists, please reach out to our team at info@duuo.ca to provide us with which devices and browsers you have tried using.

Please note that for Duuo Tenant Insurance, we do not accept manual payments. Our automated system continues to attempt payment every 72 hours within the payment grace period. Thank you.
