Hi there,

Exciting news! We have created a tool where you can edit your certificate of insurance each time you are attending a different event, or you need to update the details for the same event. This is all completed from your online Duuo account once you download your certificate of insurance.

Steps:

1. Log into your account and download your certificate of insurance. (Open two certificates as you will need one for reference)

2. Click on the 'CLICK HERE' link in the insurance document. (it is located at the very top of the page - in blue Once you select, 'CLICK HERE' it will bring you to the tool we created.

3. Enter all the information regarding the event (this is why you will need to keep a copy of your certificate of insurance open).

The new certificate will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided in the online tool.
