If the event has not started, you will need to cancel the policy from your online Duuo account. Luckily it is a few simple steps!
Log into the online Duuo account
Click “View my policies” on the left side menu
Select the policy they want to cancel - click “more”
Click “cancel policy” from the options along the bottom.
