GDPR doesn’t only concern your company’s consumers, but its employees too. This means that human resources must make sure that all employees’ personal data is:
Traceable (i.e. transparency about who has access, where it is, etc.)
Deletable (i.e. unimportant data must be deleted automatically)
Editable (i.e. the individual can correct wrong or lacking data)
Portable (i.e. the employee can take the data that they themselves have entered with them in a new job)
Secure (i.e. secure handling and secure storage of data)
