Enrich your meeting invitations with information about:

  • Online meeting links, pin-codes, and instructions

  • Whether lunch is included in the 11 am staff meeting

  • The exiting activities you booked for the next team building day

How to add Additional Meeting Information

You can add extra information to your meeting invitations at two times; when you schedule your next Duuoo meeting or when you edit an upcoming meeting.

1. Schedule a meeting

After conducting a meeting in Duuoo, you will be asked to schedule your next. At this time, you can add additional meeting information in the text box under the date and time.

Simply type your information in and press enter.

2. Edit and add information after scheduling

After your meeting has been scheduled, you can edit the information the same way you would edit time and date.

  1. Click the meeting card

  2. Click Update

  3. Type in your additional information, or add the existing

  4. Press Save and continue

Tip: If you have recurring meeting information, such as a link for an online meeting, it can easily be added by clicking "insert previous meeting's info" when you schedule your next meeting.
