Create a new banner to display custom messaging on your product pages. Banners can be fully customized and targeted to specific products, collections, or conditions to highlight promotions, shipping details, important product highlights and more,

Customize content, design, and display conditions

Content

This section is where you will select an icon, create a message, and (optionally) configure a learn more pop-up.

Choosing an Icon

  1. In the badge section, you can either choose an existing icon from our library or upload your own:
    ​

  2. If you select an icon from our library, you can also pick a color for it. If you upload your own icon, you will not be able to change its color.
    ​
    Use this for:

    • ⭐ Trust badges & More

Customizing your Message

  1. In the message editor, you can add a custom message to appear in your banner.
    ​

  2. By clicking the Insert variable button, you insert dynamic variables based on product data into your message, including:
    ​

    1. Product/variant metafield values

    2. Countdown

    3. Price

      1. You can also include a modifier and value with the price. For example, you could show the current price divided by 4.

    4. Discount amount

    5. Discount percentage

    6. Inventory quantity

    7. Inventory status

    8. Store credit

  3. You can use the emoji picker to add a wide variety of emojis to your message:

Customizing the Learn More Pop-Up

  1. The Learn More pop-up is optional and can be turned on/off by checking/unchecking the Enable pop-up checkbox.
    ​

  2. When toggled on, a Learn more or tooltip link will be appended to your banner's message. To preview your modal, click the learn more link (or tooltip icon) in the banner preview.
    ​

  3. When toggled on, the pop-up requires a title and body content, and there is an optional subtitle field as well.
    ​

  4. You can also choose between a text link (i.e. Learn more) or a tooltip, and style your choice however you want.
    ​

Style

Now that you have added your content, you can customize its look and feel using the styling options.

  1. Colors

    1. Background color

    2. Text color

  2. Layout

    1. Icon position: Choose whether the icon comes before or after the message.

    2. Content alignment: Align the banner content to the left, center, or right.

  3. Border

    1. Border Style: Choose between a solid, dashed, or dotted border.

    2. Border thickness

    3. Border color

    4. Corner radius

    5. Box shadow: Choose from 7 different box shadow options.

  4. Spacing

    1. Left/Right padding: The horizontal padding inside of the banner.

    2. Top/Bottom padding: The vertical padding inside of the banner.

    3. Top/Bottom margin: The vertical spacing above and below the outside of the banner.

  5. Font

    1. Font size

    2. Font weight

    3. Letter spacing

    4. Line height

Visibility

Visibility settings affect when and on which products your banner will display.

Display Conditions

There are three different display conditions:

  1. All products: This banner will show up on all products.

  2. By collection:

    1. Only: This banner will only show up on products that are in one or more of the selected collections.

    2. Don't: This banner will only show up on products that are not in any of the selected collections.

  3. By product tag:

    1. Only: This banner will only show up on products that are tagged with one or more of the entered product tags.

    2. Don't: This banner will only show up on products that are tagged with any of the entered product tags.

Schedule

You can schedule the banner to only appear after a given start date and/or before a given end date.

Status

Lastly, you can set the status of your banner to either of the following:

  1. Active: The banner will appear on your storefront (once the app block has been added to your theme).

  2. Draft: The banner will not appear on your storefront.
