Shopify Online Store 2.0 Theme Required
Dynamic Product Banners uses Shopify app blocks, which are only supported on Online Store 2.0 themes.
Product Page Support (All Standard 2.0 Themes)
The banner can always be added to the main product section on the product detail page using the theme editor.
Theme Compatibility May Vary
Depending on how a theme is built, app block support may be limited. In some cases, banners may only be supported on the product page.
Horizon / Flexible Block Themes
Themes with more flexible layouts (such as Horizon-based themes) allow app blocks to be added in additional areas, including:
Collection pages
Homepage
Any section that supports app blocks within product cards
Product Card Support (Where Available)
If your theme supports app blocks inside product cards, banners can also be displayed within product grids and listing pages.
