We do offer discounts to not-for-profits—so if that’s you, get in touch!

How does your pricing work?

Dystech offers subscription-based pricing for up to 300 students. If you support over 300 students, you will pay per extra student, you can visit our pricing page for more information

What are my payment options?

We currently accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, ChinaUnionPay) securely processed through our payment provider, Stripe.

How does the annual plan work?

You will be notified 30 days before your annual plan is set to renew. It will automatically renew until you cancel the plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can pause your subscription under the billings section of your settings. You will lose access to your student reports and notes; however, you can reactivate your subscription at any time.

What is your refund policy like?
