To maintain a secure and compliant platform, all traders must meet specific eligibility standards. This includes being of legal age to trade in their respective regions and successfully completing our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. As part of this verification, traders need to provide documentation such as government-issued identification, and any other required materials to confirm their identity in line with regulatory expectations.

Furthermore, we are required to ensure compliance with the policies of our third-party providers. For example, the trading platforms we collaborate with only accept clients from approved regions. Additionally, payment services like Riseworks and Plane limit transactions to specific countries, which affects where we can process payments.

Our commitment remains to provide a fair, transparent, and secure trading environment for all users. These practices are essential for adhering to regulatory standards and protecting the integrity of our platform. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

We have also decided to reduce the maximum account size across all products in certain countries. This change comes in response to repeated misuse of products in ways that do not align with E8’s core values. These specific countries have access to all of our products, but there is limited allocation.
