As part of our onboarding process, EarlyBird runs a KYC (Know Your Customer) check to ensure all information is accurate before investing in a child. This is a standard "background check" that all investment platforms run on new users.

Your account is under review because we are ensuring that all listed information is aligned with our partner's records. If we need any additional documentation on your account, we'll send an email with a secure link for you to upload an image of the document.
