Closing your account will trigger a full liquidation of your entire account balance. This process takes 6-12 business days to reach your connected funding source if you have a complete custodial account and 2-3 business days if you have a Baby Fund or Piggy Bank account.

Our broker-dealer partner, Apex Clearing Corporation, is required to preserve certain books and records per Securities Exchange Act Rule 17a-3 and Rule 17a-4. That said, both we and Apex take the security of all collected data very seriously; we do not intend to use this data for anything other than the fulfillment of our regulatory requirements.
