Sometimes, we temporarily lock your account for your own safety and security. We do this for one of the following reasons:

Transfer Reversals

Incorrect or Outdated Information

Fraud Inquiries
Unusual Activity

In order to unlock your account, we require that you contact our EarlyBird Support team. You can reach out in-app or by emailing support@getearlybird.io. Please note that we will require the confirmation of some personal information.
