Having issues requesting a withdraw?

To request a withdraw, you must have an account balance. Your first transaction must settle in your account for 30 business days after it has completed before the funds are able to be withdrawn.

After 30 business days have passed, you are able to request a withdraw.

If you have a transaction that is still in progress, you cannot request a withdrawal until after that transaction has completed.

To request a withdrawal in app, tap into your child's account from the Home tab > Tap into the Invest tab > Scroll down to the Withdraw button
