Having issues requesting a withdraw?

To request a withdraw, you must have an account balance. Your first transaction must settle in your account for 30 business days after it has completed before the funds are able to be withdrawn.

After 30 business days have passed, you are able to request a withdraw.

If you have a transaction that is still in progress, you cannot request a withdrawal until after that transaction has completed.

To request a withdraw in app, tap into your child's account from the Home tab and tap the arrow > next to their account balance and scroll down to the Request Withdraw button.
