Once you create your EarnBetter account many users like to switch devices (e.g. move from a phone to a computer) and so you will have to log in on a new device to do this.
Logging in on a different or new device
If you do get logged out or want to access on a new device you can click "Log in" in the upper right hand corner and enter the email address associated with your account on the next screen. We will them immediately email a login link for you to click on and securely access your EarnBetter account. You need to click on the login link on the device you are attempting to log in on, and that login link is good for 24 hours.
If you do have a Google account you can Login with Google by tapping the "Continue with Google" button on your screen.
EarnBetter does not use a password based login system so you don't have to manage a password to access your EarnBetter account.
Logging in on device you have already logged in on:
If you want to get back into EarnBetter on a device you have already logged in with - if you didn't log out - you will still be logged in for a period of time so should just be able to access EarnBetter.
If you did get logged out simply click Log In and add your email to get the login link sent to you as mentioned above.
Not Receiving the Login Email
On occasion users don't receive the login link email. There are a few potential reasons for this:
The email is getting marked as spam or suppressed: check your spam folder, it's possible the email is there. It may be getting suppressed if you have previously marked an EarnBetter email as spam. Please "Mark as not spam" and you should be able to receive the login link.
You already received a login link: it is possible you received a login link within the last 24 hours. Simply find the email that was sent and your login link should still be valid.
You deleted your account previously: this can happen. If it does please reach out to our support team at support@earnbetter.com and we can help you out!
