Issues with Downloading your resume

If you are having trouble downloading your resume there are a few issues that could be causing it:

Mobile Download Issues

The #1 Issue: If you are on a mobile device ensure you are accessing EarnBetter directly via your browser (instead of inside of another application like Gmail, TikTok or Instagram).

If you are inside of another application please navigate directly to https://earnbetter.com from a new browser, login and you should be able to download your file. The documents will be saved to whatever your default location is set up on your mobile device. Many third party applications like TikTok or Instagram remove the ability to download.

Other Download Issues

You can't find where your resume is downloading

Unfortunately we don't control where your resume downloads to - that is controlled by your device. However typically your document will be downloaded to your Files folder on your phone, or your Downloads folder on your computer.

If you need to upload the location for your downloads:

Your Resume is not Valid

This occurs if you have not properly or adequately filled out one of our required fields. When this happens you will get an Error button in the top right of your resume AND you will see the section where the error is occurring in your resume builder so you can address it. This might be due to:

  • An invalid phone number (only valid US phone numbers are accepted right now)

  • Missing email address

  • An issue with one of your experiences (invalid date, etc...)

Once you go and correct that underlying issue you will be able to download your resume.
