There are a few issues that you might encounter with Resume Uploads:
Issue #1: Our system can't process something in you resume
This could be formatting, a character that is not supported, or even a picture inside of the document that you uploaded which is giving our system an issue. The primary way to fix this is to go to the source document, copy the text and paste into a new word document without formatting.
Issue #2: You can't upload a resume at all
This is likely a file-type issue. We only accept PDF, .docx, .doc or .txt files up to 5MBs. Please make sure your document is one of those and try again!
Issue #3: You uploaded your resume but dates, experiences, or detail is missing when you get your final result
This can happen for a variety of reasons, but ultimately the best option is to manually make updates to your resume. We have a support article detailing how to do this but you will be able to add dates, re-order experience or make any changes you could possibly want!
