You can access a lot of free features from the job tracker. The options are different for jobs that are in the Saved column vs. Applied vs. Interviewing.
Features Available for Jobs in "Saved":
Here is a quick overview of the features available for jobs in the "Saved" column - you can also see these highlighted in the screenshot below:
You can apply to a job by clicking "apply".
If you click "generate custom docs", we will tailor a resume and cover letter for you for that specific job.
If you hit the three dots in the top right corner of a job tile, you'll be presented with 4 options:
"Un-save the job" - to remove a job from your job tracker
"Mark as applied" - to move the job into the "Applied" column. You can also drag and drop job tiles to move them into different columns.
"Archive job" - to move a job into your archive (which you can access by clicking the down arrow in the interviewing column)
"See similar jobs" - if you want to see other jobs that are similar, click this button.

Click "generate interview cheat sheet" to get a tailored interview guide for that specific job.
Click "start practice interview" to do an AI mock interview to help you prepare for an interview for that specific job.
Click "generate follow up email" to customize an email that you can send to the recruiter or hiring manager to reiterate your interest + suitability for the role.
If you hit the three dots in the top right corner of a job tile, you'll be presented with 5 options:
"Mark as not applied" - to move the job back into the "Saved" column. You can also drag and drop job tiles to move them into different columns.
"Mark as interviewing" - to move the job back into the "Interviewing" column. You can also drag and drop job tiles to move them into different columns.
"Send follow up email" - to customize an email that you can send to the recruiter or hiring manager to reiterate your interest + suitability for the role.
"Archive job" - to move a job into your archive (which you can access by clicking the down arrow in the interviewing column)
"See similar jobs" - if you want to see other jobs that are similar, click this button.
You can also click the "I got an interview" button to move a job into the "Interviewing" column.

"Send thank you email" - to customize an email that you can send to the recruiter or hiring manager to say thank you after an interview. This is always a good idea so you can reiterate your interest and suitability for the role.
"Archive job" - to move a job into your archive (which you can access by clicking the down arrow in the interviewing column)
"See similar jobs" - if you want to see other jobs that are similar, click this button.
You can also click "I go the job" to celebrate when you receive or accept a new job offer!
How to View "Archived" Jobs:
To see all of the jobs you've archived, you can click on the down arrow next to "Interviewing" in the Interviewing column. Then click "Archived".
Then you'll see all of your archived jobs - see screenshot below.
