We've partnered with Veriff, a third-party identity verification service, to make verifying your identity as smooth an experience as possible.
This process requires a valid, government-issued identification card, such as a residence permit, passport, or driver's license. You must have the original document physically present – no copies or photos will be accepted. Expired ID cards are fine, as long as they are originals. Digital ID cards are not currently supported.
If you don't have a photo ID, or prefer not to verify in this way, we also offer the option to verify using the Postcard by Mail option. Simply request a postcard and follow the instructions provided to complete your identity verification.
