Accounts that are inactive for more than 180 days are automatically deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as outlined in the Terms of Use.
The date you're considered last active is the same as the last time you attempted a survey – so all you need to do to keep your account active is sign into your account and attempt to take at least one survey within that time period.
