I'm having trouble navigating a survey, what should I do?

When you participate in a survey through Earn Haus, the actual survey isn't hosted on our website – each survey is managed by a different third-party survey sponsor, on their own survey software. For this reason, you will encounter many different types of surveys.

If you encounter a technical issue, including any of the following, we suggest you take a screenshot if possible and contact our support team:

  • Unexpected error message

  • No way to proceed to the next page of the survey

  • Not redirected back to Earn Haus at the end of the survey

  • Images or videos required for the survey fail to load

For other issues, including the ones listed below, it's best to try to do the best you can within the survey, or if you haven't invested too much time yet, close out of the survey and try a different one:

  • Asked a question that doesn't apply to you, or for which there's no response applicable (for example, if you have indicated you're retired, and you're asked about the department you work in at your job)

  • Asked the same question several times (sometimes this is done for quality reasons)
