If you're missing transactions from months (or years) ago, it might be that we weren't able to fetch them from your account provider.

There are limitations with Open Banking that restrict the transactions that we receive. Whilst UK Banks have to provide us with 2 years of transactions. Credit cards and other account providers aren't held to the same requirements. In fact, we count ourselves lucky that they let us connect at all!

Some supported accounts provide only 500 transactions, others only 6 months of transactions. If you notice this is the case, we can help!

Head to the site of the account in question and look for an option to download your transaction history. Then download that as a spreadsheet. Mark the transactions that relate to your business and share it with us and we can upload it to your Earnr account.
