You need to request a copy of your data from your current provider and share this with us.
We can upload any transaction data stored in Excel or a Google Sheets document. It's very important that this Excel or Google Sheet document contains the following three columns or rows:
Date of payment or transaction
Name of payer or payee depending on whether you were paid, or you paid someone else
Transaction amount. We assume a negative amount is an outgoing transaction and a positive amount is an incoming transaction
You can either use a template we've prepared or use your own template.
