Shipping to Canada
When shipping to Canada, please keep the following in mind:
Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
These additional charges are determined by Canadian customs and are not included in our shipping rates.
If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties or taxes, the shipment may be abandoned, and Earthaus Plaster will not issue a refund for the abandoned order, including shipping charges or fees.
Free shipping thresholds do not apply to international orders.
Using a Freight Forwarder for Other Countries
Customers outside of Canada may arrange shipment through a freight forwarder based in the United States. In this case, Earthaus Plaster will ship your order to the freight forwarder's U.S. address. Once received by the forwarder, the shipment becomes the customer's responsibility, including all handling, customs documentation, and transportation to the final international destination.
We recommend verifying that your freight forwarder:
Accepts construction materials and powdered goods.
Provides customs brokerage and insurance services.
Offers tracking and delivery confirmation to your final destination.
Earthaus Plaster is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged goods after the order is delivered to the freight forwarder.
