Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from Earthaus Plaster with the subject line containing your order number. This email is sent immediately after checkout.
If you can't find it, try these steps:
Search your email for "Earthaus" or "order confirmation".
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you're checking the email address you used at checkout.
Need a Copy Resent?
If you can't locate your confirmation email, contact support@earthausplaster.com with your name and approximate order date, and we'll resend it.
Need a Formal Invoice?
If you need a formal invoice for business, tax, or reimbursement purposes, email support@earthausplaster.com with:
Your order number (if you have it)
The business name and address you need on the invoice
Any specific details required (PO number, tax ID, etc.)
Our team will generate and send a formal invoice.
Placing an Order via Invoice
If you're having trouble with online checkout or need to place an order by invoice, our support team can create an order and send you a secure checkout link to complete payment online.
