Bond Plaster — Product Data Sheet

Product data for Earthaus Bond Plaster: a PHL bonding basecoat for hard-to-plaster substrates — composition, coverage, storage, and safety.

Earthaus Bond Plaster is a pozzolanic hydraulic lime (PHL) plaster with added acrylic, formulated to adhere to substrates that are typically unsuitable for direct plaster application. Designed for both interior and exterior use, it combines the durability and breathability of PHL with the bonding strength of acrylic — creating a stable, long-lasting basecoat for Earthaus Plaster finishes while maintaining vapor permeability.

Safety

Hydrated lime is strongly alkaline and may cause severe injury on contact with eyes or skin; inhaling the dust can irritate the respiratory system. Wear appropriate PPE — eye protection, gloves, long sleeves, and a dust mask or respirator — and avoid skin/eye contact and prolonged dust inhalation. If it contacts your eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately. For full handling, first-aid, and hazard information, see the Bond Plaster Safety Data Sheet (SDS) (PDF).
