There are three ways that you can give your participants access to your content:

  1. Embed your test into your website.
  2. Copy and paste the URL to an email, social media site, WhatsApp, or other channel of your choice. You can also create a QR code with the  Exam URL!
  3. Invite people to take your content by sending them emails with a unique link and password (this option is only available for Business Owl plans or above).

1. Integrate the test into your website using an embed code 

This works in the same way that you would integrate a YouTube video into your own website. You can find the Embed code on the Publish & Share tab of your test.

Quizzes, Courses, and Assessments:

You can simply copy and paste this code into the source code of your website.

2. Share the direct URL of the test

The link can also be found on the Publish & Share tab of your test:

3. Use our invite only feature

This option is available for Exams and Courses (if you have a Business Owl plan or above) but not for Quizzes or Assessments.

You can share your learning content securely with a specific group of people, whose names and email addresses are known to you, using the invitation feature. 

Exams

Go to the Access tab, and select a predefined group of users:

From the Access tab,  you can add the participants you would like to invite to your test: 

You can add either a single participant or an existing participant one at a time, or you can add participants in bulk by using a CSV file. We recommend that you download and use the sample CSV file provided if you want to add users in bulk.

The next step is to edit the invitation email on the Send Email tab. Please leave all the {terms} unchanged, the system will insert the right information based on each specific user: 

You can then go to the Send sub-menu of the Send Email tab, where you can either send the invitations, or issue reminder emails. Users will be provided with a direct link to the test and a unique password.

Courses

Go to the User management tab, and select Only by invite in the User details field:

Don't forget to click Save at the bottom of the page!

Now go to the Users sub-menu of the User management tab, where you can add the participants you would like to invite to your test:

Note that there is a limit to the number of invitations you can send per day, and your rate limit depends on your subscription type.
