1. Access to console > click "Marketing" > click "Batch voucher" > click "Create new batch".

2. There have 2 types of batch vouchers "In sequence" or "Coded".

The "in sequence" is designed for offline use, the voucher code will generate in a sequence.

The "coded" is for the online use case. The customer needs to manually input the voucher code when they are creating an order.

Same as promo code, every batch voucher can have different limitations.

Once the batch voucher set up completed, you can check your batch voucher here, then you can download the voucher in excel format, edit the batch voucher and check the report of the voucher.

**Note: Only coded vouchers can be used in the customer app. In the meantime, coded & sequence vouchers can be manually inputted in the POS system.
