Instead of assigned a task to driver/worker manually or automatically, you're given full autonomy to your driver/worker to decide which tasks they want to accept.

Select Operation on the left menu > Select Auto-schedule > Find your service > Enable Broadcast just a click > Click OK, and you are all set!

As simple as that 😉
