Method 1 - Check cable
Check the cables. Make sure the cable between the Chromebox or Mini PC and the receipt printer is tight.
Make sure none of the cable's USB port is bent by examining the end of the cable. If any of the cable's USB port is bent or broken, the cable may be defective and should be replaced. Please contact the relevant technical staff.
Method 2 - Restart receipt printer
Second, try to restart the receipt printer and try again. Press the button on the back to turn it on and off on the receipt printer.
Method 3 - Bad hardware
Last, if you still can't solve your problem by using the above-mentioned methods. It's possible that the receipt printer could be at fault. Please contact the relevant technical staff.
