How To Fix Receipt Printer Won't Turn On

Method 1 - Make sure you turn on your printer

  1. Turn on the printer power on your socket.

  1. Press the button on the back to turn it on and off on the receipt printer.

Method 2 - Check the power cable

Verify printer power cables are securely plugged in.

Method 3 - Swap socket

Swap your current plug to any empty socket and try again.

This action is to verify if there is a problem with the socket. After the verify, if there is a problem with the socket, please contact the relevant technical staff for extension replacement.

Method 4 - Bad hardware

Last, if you still can't solve your problem by using the above-mentioned methods. It's possible that the receipt printer could be at fault. Please contact the relevant technical staff.
