Method 1 - Check Cable

Check the cables. Make sure the cable between the Chromebox or Thin Client and the keyboard is tight. Make sure none of the cable's USB port is bent by examining the end of the cable. If any of the cable's USB port is bent or broken, the cable may be defective and should be replaced. Please contact the relevant technical staff.

Method 2 - Bad Hardware

Last, if you still can't solve your problem by using the above-mentioned method. It's possible that the keyboard could be at fault. Please contact the relevant technical staff.

Tip: You can open the on-screen keyboard before keyboard replacement.
