Method 1 - Check Cable

First, check the cables. Make sure that the cable connection between the label printer and the device is tight.

Note: Make sure none of the cable's USB port is bent by examining the end of the cable. If any of the cable's USB port is bent or broken, the cable may be defective and should be replaced. Please contact the relevant technical staff.

Method 2 - Carbon Paper Adjustment

Second, make sure the carbon paper is flat and smooth when touching the print head and align to the centre. Reinstall it if necessary.

Method 3 - Label Paper Adjustment

Third, make sure the paper guide to be same width of label roll and pull out the label roll till it pass gap sensor and cutter (cutter is optional).

Method 4 - Bad Hardware

Last, if you still can't solve your problem by using the above-mentioned methods. It's possible that the label printer could be at fault. Please contact the relevant technical staff.
