Method 1 - Restart Printer

The power button is located on the left side of the printer.

Method 2 - Check Inner Layout

Make sure the inner layout of the label printer is correct, including:

  1. The width of label roll and pull out the label roll till it passes gan sensor and cutter.

  2. Label roll is attached properly with the label paper fixing stand.

  3. Make sure the carbon holder is closed.

Method 3 - Check Cover

Make sure the printer cover is fully closed and press it till you heard 'DA' sound.

Method 4 - Bad Hardware

Last, if you still can't solve your problem by using the above-mentioned methods. It's possible that the label printer could be at fault. Please contact the relevant technical staff.
