Step 1 - Power Off the Printer
The power button is located on the left side of the printer.
Step 2 - Open Printer Cover
Press the cover-open buttons located on both sides of the printer to lift and open the cover.
Step 3 - Open Carbon Holder
Press the carbon cover-open button (blue) to open the carbon holder.
Step 4 - Use Tape to Join Back
Prepare two tapes, then
Paste the tape on the end (left and right) of bottom carbon paper.
Attach it to the upper carbon roll.
Step 5 - Reload Carbon Roll
The next thing you need to do is reload the carbon roll, push the blue gear on the left. Push until you see the new carbon paper.
Step 6 - Close the Carbon Holder and Printer Cover
Carefully close carbon holder and printer cover, press it till you heard 'DA' sound.
Step 7 - Power On the Printer
Last, power on the printer and you are all set!
As simple as that 😉
Note: If the problem persists, this might be the old carbon roll overloaded. Please clean the old carbon roll to permanently solve the problem.
