Fix Label Printer Does Not Turn On

Method 1 - Check Power

  1. Make sure you turn on your label printer power and the power button is located on the left side of the printer.

  2. Make sure the power socket of your label printer is on.

Method 2 - Check Cable

Verify the printer power cables are securely plugged in.

Note: Make sure none of the cable's USB port is bent by examining the end of the cable. If any of the cable's USB port is bent or broken, the cable may be defective and should be replaced. Please contact the relevant technical staff.

Method 3 - Check Socket

Switch the printer socket to another socket. This action is to verify if there is a problem with the socket. After the verify, if there is a problem with the socket, please contact the relevant technical staff for extension replacement.

Method 4 - Bad Hardware

Last, if you still can't solve your problem by using the above-mentioned methods. It's possible that the label printer could be at fault. Please contact the relevant technical staff.
