Method 1 - Check Keyboard Input Method
Make sure you are using the correct input method.
Tap the Status Bar at the bottom right of the screen.
Expand Keyboard.
Select US keyboard.
Method 2 - Bad Hardware
If you still can't solve your problem by using the above-mentioned methods. It's possible that the keyboard could be at fault. Please contact the relevant technical staff.
