Where to find the email history page.

1. From your console, click the β€œNotification” option

2. Choose β€œEmail” option. The next window shows all email logs.

How to check email history send to a specific email address.

  • Enter the email address in the search box

How to check email sent on a specific date

  • Click on the "Go to date" search box and select date and time.

How to know whether email been successfully delivered.

  • Move your cursor on an email address, it will show a dialogue box. If the email was delivered to recipient, you can see the email delivered date and time.

How to know if recipient opened the email.

  • Move your cursor on an email address, it will show a dialogue box. If the email was opened by recipient, you can see the email opening date and time.
