This guide will walk you through the steps to effortlessly log in to your Easybiz POS on any device. There are 2 different way to sign into your POS.
Automatically sign in with one-time sign in link generated from admin console.
Sign in by scanning QR code using your EasyBiz Cloud App.
Automatically sign in with one-time sign in link generated from admin console.
Generate a one-time sign in link from your admin console, any device opening the link will automatically sign into your POS.
Generate link from admin console.
1. From console select “Store” and click “Open POS”
2. Choose desired Store.
3. One-time sign-in link will automatically be generated, then you can continue share the link or directly open it at your current device.
Open POS App at current device: opens the POS on your current opened device.
Copy link: Copy the link and send it to anywhere you want.
Send by Email: Enter the email address and send the link through email.
Sign-in by scanning QR code or entering 8 digit code.
1. Open Chrome browser on your POS and open address https://pos.easybizcloud.com/, you will see a sign in screen with a 8 digit sign in code as well as a QR code.
2. Open your EasyBiz Cloud mobile app, sign into your master/workflow account and goto page Store -> Sign in POS.
3. Sign in your POS by simply scanning the QR code (if you are beside the POS device), or key in the 8 digit sign in code.
