Carnet users must have their carnets validated both when

arriving and departing.

1) Bring Carnet and Items to the CBP Ships Office at the

Terminal you are departing from.

2) Every terminal (1-8) has a CBP Ships Office

located by the lobby area, Arrivals Level.

Hours of operation Varies depending upon Terminal.

Note: Terminal 4 operates 24 hours daily.

CBP Ships Offices usually open around 6:00 – 8:00 a.m. and

close around 11:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight.
