ATA Carnet Instructions
Carnet users must have their carnets validated both when arriving and departing.
1) Bring Carnet and items to Public Office located in Terminal 1 on the Arrivals Level.
2) The Public Office is at the east end of Terminal 1, parallel to Door E and next to the INK store. You will see the CBSA Information Counter with a Canadian flag symbol with light bulb above the door.
