ATA carnets are not accepted for unaccompanied goods.
All Customs offices accept ATA carnets during normal operating hours. However, the use of ATA carnets is not permitted in the Neum Corridor. The transit of goods from Bosnia and Herzegovina to Croatia must be performed under a T2L document.
