Set Preferred Languages & Translate Loyalty Widget

Overview

The Languages feature empowers merchants to customize every customer-facing label, button, and message in the loyalty widget. This ensures a consistent, localized experience that matches the store’s branding and regional language preferences.

You can easily select your store language or manually define custom text for multiple widget components.

πŸ› οΈ Steps to Set or Customize Language Settings

  1. Go to:
    ​

    Shopify Admin β†’ Apps β†’ Easy Loyalty Rewards β†’ Languages
    ​

  2. By default, the system will detect and show your Store Language as the active language.
    ​

  3. To switch or define a preferred language:
    ​

    • Click the language dropdown
      ​

    • Select your preferred language from the list
      ​ (You can also manually customize content in any language.)

You can also Add Language by clicking on the button on the top right corner.

🧩 Customize Language Text for Widget Tabs

After choosing your language, you’ll find individual tabs where you can customize content by section:

  1. General
    ​

  2. Earn Points
    ​

  3. Redeem Points

  4. My Rewards
    ​

  5. Points History
    ​

  6. Membership Tier
    ​

✍️ How to Edit Text Fields:

  1. In each tab, simply click the editable field next to the label
    ​

  2. Enter your custom translation or preferred text
    ​

  3. Click Save at the top right to publish changes
