How to Use Dedicated Customer Tags

Step 1: Access the Easy Subscription App

  • Log in to the Shopify admin dashboard

  • Open the Easy Subscription app from the Apps section

Step 2: Create or Edit a Subscription

  • Follow the subscription creation steps within the app

  • Navigate through the configuration panel on the right side

Step 3: Add a Customer Tag

  • Locate the Customer Tag field

  • Enter a tag name based on the product or grouping requirement

Step 4: Save the Subscription

  • Click the Save button to apply the changes

  • The tag is automatically linked to customers ordering the tagged product

Step 5: View the Tag in Shopify

  • Open the Customers section in the Shopify dashboard

  • Select a customer to view the assigned tag in their profile
