Introduction
The Subscription Cancellation permission allows merchants to control how and when an active subscription is cancelled through the Customer Portal. This feature supports automatic cancellation based on defined conditions such as a specific number of orders, a quantity threshold, or a fixed number of days.
This configuration helps merchants manage subscription lifecycles without manual intervention.
