How to Enable Skip Next Order
Step 1: Access Easy Subscriptions in Shopify Admin
Log in to your Shopify admin panel
Navigate to Apps
Select Easy Subscriptions
Step 2: Open the Features Dashboard
Under Easy Subscriptions, click Features
The Features Dashboard will open
Step 3: Enable Skip Next Order in Customer Portal
In the Features Dashboard, locate Customer Portal
Click Customer Portal
Find the Skip Next Order option
Enable the feature
Step 4: Customer Usage
Once enabled, customers can access their Customer Portal
Customers can select Skip Next Order for their active subscription
The upcoming order will not be processed or shipped
