Introduction

The Skip Next Order feature allows merchants to enable customers to skip an upcoming subscription order directly from the Customer Portal. When this option is enabled, customers can manage their subscriptions independently and prevent the next scheduled order from being processed.

This feature helps reduce unwanted shipments and minimizes manual support requests related to order changes.

It reduces order cancellations, avoids unnecessary refunds, and supports a better subscription management experience.
