This helps customers manage deliveries according to their needs directly from the Customer Portal.

How to Manage Reschedule Next Order

Enable the Feature in Shopify Admin

  • Log in to the Shopify Admin portal.

  • Open the Easy Subscription app.

  • Click Features.

  • Select Customer Portal.

  • Locate Reschedule Next Order.

  • Click to activate the option.

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

Access From Customer Portal

Once enabled, customers can access the Reschedule Next Order option directly from the Customer Portal.

Customers can select a new date for their upcoming subscription order based on their preference.

Best Practice

  • Enable this feature for active subscription products to reduce delivery-related support tickets.
