How to Manage Rescheduling Upcoming Orders
Step 1: Access Shopify Admin
Log in to the Shopify Admin portal
Navigate to the Easy Subscription App
Step 2: Open Customer Portal Settings
Click on Features within the Easy Subscription App
Select Customer Portal from the list
Step 3: Enable Rescheduling Upcoming Orders
Locate Rescheduling Upcoming Order
Click to enable the feature
Once enabled, this option becomes visible in the Customer Portal.
Step 4: Customer Access
Customers can access this feature directly from the Customer Portal
