By enabling this option, customers can control when their future subscription shipments are processed.

How to Manage Rescheduling Upcoming Orders

Step 1: Access Shopify Admin

  • Log in to the Shopify Admin portal

  • Navigate to the Easy Subscription App

Step 2: Open Customer Portal Settings

  • Click on Features within the Easy Subscription App

  • Select Customer Portal from the list

Step 3: Enable Rescheduling Upcoming Orders

  • Locate Rescheduling Upcoming Order

  • Click to enable the feature

Once enabled, this option becomes visible in the Customer Portal.

Step 4: Customer Access

  • Customers can access this feature directly from the Customer Portal

  • Customers can update delivery dates for all future subscription orders based on their preference
